About the Role:
We are looking for an HR – Recruitment & Talent Hunt Specialist with strong experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet our growing organizational needs. You will play a key role in building and shaping high-performing teams for Ndimension Labs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing → interviewing → onboarding).
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment networks.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of hiring for technical roles (developers, designers, testers, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Based in Kolkata with flexibility to work from home.
