The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet our growing organizational needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing → interviewing → onboarding).
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment networks.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Mobile App Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter or React Native. You will be part of our mobile development team, working on building scalable, user-friendly mobile applications for clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter or React Native.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and usability.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in mobile application development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Apply knowledge of Javascript (ES6) including all the latest features

• Build and run apps using Xcode, and Android Studio
• Comprehend performance issues and solve them

• Components, containers, JSX specification of component UI layout, Component lifecycle
• Props and State mechanism used for data flow

• Should have hands on experience in PHP technologies includes Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP
